  Sam Collot d'Escury serves GEN since 2004 as CEO. Sam initiated GEN's transition from software house to knowledge-driven consultancy in energy process and data management. Sam's background is at the intersection of IT and services, ideal to guide GEN forward towards constantly increasing added value. Sam previously filled senior management positions at international companies such as IBM, Telfort, Accor Group, and Boer & Croon Strategy and Management Group. Sam's knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for the energy sector and its broad societal impact make him a very committed director and strong sparring partner for customers at every level.

  Gaston's greatest passion is energy in general.This has been true already since his earliest student days.Gaston is an animated Principal. He is regularly invited to share his views with experts in the energy sector or with specialists from other disciplines who question what the impact of changing energy and energy in general is likely to have in their own fields.Gaston is an inspiration to our employees and works behind the scenes and on location for our customers. Before Gaston, together with two other entrepreneurs started GEN, he was the owner of a small - what else - Energy Advice Bureau.
