The GEN Utility Data Systems team develops, maintains and provides high quality IT and data management solutions with a deep knowledge and understanding of the dynamic and complex energy market. The GEN Utility Data Systems technology portfolio consists of GEN eBase, Kisters Belvis, the OutSystems Agile Platform and Oracle. With Kisters Belvis, GEN offers both an alternative and an enrichment of its traditional offerings. With Oracle and OutSystems. GEN provides the technology to organize, integrate and manage specific business processes. For several international clients GEN Utility Data Systems has designed and implemented solutions based upon on the technology portfolio. GEN's internally developed data management solution - GEN eBase - forms the core of the GEN Utility Data Systems proposition. GEN eBase is a multifunctional energy and time series data management system, fully tailored to specific customer requirements regarding the configuration of market processes in the energy sector.

GEN eBase supports the standard market processes for energy data management, including managing all possible nomination and allocation time series to weather forecasts, price indexes and synthetic load profiles to processing the nomination and / or allocation of messages from all European market standards for information exchange.

GEN eBase supports market players in the preparation, execution and settlement of processes they wish to automate. GEN eBase is used among other things for:
• Energy Data Management for storing, processing and analyzing energy data and energy-related time series;
• Energy Messaging for the messaging process according to European market standards (eg EDINE, EDIG @ S, ETSO);
